Product Description

BEAVER is equipped with continuous bevel width adjustment, overload protection and electronic speed control for use on a variety of materials. It is highly efficient machine for edge weld preparation and rounding off steel construction before painting or coating.

CHAMFERING :

The milling head of the machine enables beveling materials of the minimum thickness of 1.5mm at the angle of 22.5, 30, 37.5, 45, 55 or 60 & with the maximum bevel width of 16mm.

Each milling head uses 5 indexable cutting inserts. Beveling of curved edges is also possible, curved surface of very small radius could be possible as long as operator is able to keep the machine during work.
